“What would my future self say about this?”
Then we’ll work on:
Externalising limiting beliefs (for example, “I’m stuck” becomes “This is a turning point”).
Finding unique outcomes — moments where your strength, clarity, or choice already showed up.
Rewriting key chapters from your past, gently reframing events with deeper wisdom and self-trust.
Using the Hero’s Journey framework as a map — so you can see that transformation, not perfection, is the real goal.
Instead of “My story is a mess ,” we ask, “What’s the next chapter I would love to be living — and how do I want to live it?” With the growing awareness that you have the power to write it.
You’ll leave this process not only with insight, but with a renewed sense of authorship — recognising that your life is something you can shape, even when it feels uncertain. Because you still have the power to choose.
