I take a lot of bookings, most of which are in the afternoons, late evenings, and weekends. I love what I do, but we all know how frustrating it is when plans fall through. To keep things running smoothly, I secure all bookings with prepayment.

I do this because I know that when you book a reading, you genuinely want that time. It’s very rare that cancellations happen, but when they do, it’s not just about the missed session. When I say yes to one person, it often means saying no to someone else—so a missed appointment isn’t just an empty slot, it’s a missed opportunity for someone who was waiting.

• Online readings are paid in full at the time of booking.

• In-person readings require a 50% deposit to secure your spot, with the balance payable on the day.

I completely understand that life happens, so if you need to cancel or reschedule:

• More than 24 hours’ notice – No problem, I’ll refund you in full or move your booking to another time.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice – Refunds won’t be possible, but I’ll do my best to reschedule where I can.

• No-shows – If you don’t turn up and haven’t let me know in advance, 50% of the booking fee will be retained. If something serious happens that genuinely couldn’t be helped, just reach out—I believe in fairness and will always take circumstances into account.
