Tarot & Archetype Reflection Tools
Rooted in Jungian Psychology
Carl Jung called Tarot "a psychology in images". He believed in profound meaning and power of archetypes, symbolism, and the use of images and myths to understand the psyche.
"The tarot cards are the direct descendants of the archetypes of transformation, of which I have written."
— C.G. Jung (in a letter to Sigmund Freud, 1910)
Tarot, when used consciously, becomes more than a deck of cards — it becomes a mirror for the soul. It opens a dialogue between your conscious self and your hidden inner world.
Grounded in the philosophy of Carl Jung, I use Tarot as a tool for active imagination, shadow integration, and individuation — the lifelong process of becoming your whole, authentic self.
What You’ll Work With:
Jungian Concept - Tarot Application
Archetypes - Naming and exploring universal inner forces
Shadow Work - Facing the parts of you reflected in “scary” cards
Anima / Animus - Balancing inner feminine/masculine energy
Synchronicity - Seeing meaning in card patterns and timing
Symbol, Shadow, Self
In my work, I use Tarot and archetypal imagery as reflective tools to support personal insight, emotional growth, and psychological integration. These symbols carry a universal language that speaks directly to the unconscious—helping you understand what you're feeling, where you feel stuck, and what deeper patterns might be playing out beneath the surface.
The cards don’t hand you answers—they hold up a mirror. They help you ask better questions. They offer a way to see your inner world with more clarity and compassion. Through this work, we explore the shadow, uncover hidden contradictions, and bring suppressed parts of the psyche into the light—not to fight them, but to work with them.
Even the so-called “negative” cards—like The Devil or Death—don’t signal doom. They reveal what’s been buried or denied, offering a chance to reclaim and transform what’s been lost.
The Tarot is not just a tool for reflection—it’s a map for growth. Archetypal paths like The Fool’s Journey offer powerful metaphors for your own evolution: a way to navigate change, challenge, and possibility with greater self-awareness and purpose.
“The images of the unconscious... place a great responsibility upon a man. Failure to understand them... deprives him of his wholeness.”
— Carl Jung
